Sayur Rebung / Bamboo Shoot Vegetables
Bahan
250 gr udang yang sudah di kupas
2 genggam daun so (tangkil)
1 kg rebung muda yang sudah matang
Bumbu
10 siung bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
8 buah cabai merah besar
2 lembar daun salam
1 iris tipis lengkuas
1 sendok teh gula pasir
6 gelas santan
1 sendok the garam menurut selera
