Adonan Dasar Rempeyek
Bahan :
2 gelas tepung beras
1 gelas tepung kanji
1/2 gelas tepung terigu
3 gelas santan kental
minyak goreng
Bumbu :
3 siung bawang putih
4 butir bawang merah
10 butir kemiri
15 lembar daun jeruk purut, dirajang halus
8 ruas kencur
garam secukupnya
